Dried not Fried Caramelised Onions

These onions have been caramelised in the dehydrator at a low temperature and taste every bit as good as their fried counterparts.

Use to add to wraps, top raw (or cooked) pizzas or flatbreads or add to pasta.

INGREDIENTS: red onions, white onions, lemon juice, CERTIFIED GLUTEN FREE TAMARI (SOY), extra virgin olive oil, maple syrup, agave, Himalayan pink salt.
